Section 1

General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and nh999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website available at nh999.bet and all associated services, features, games, and promotions offered thereon.

By registering an account on nh999, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

nh999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail. All communications between nh999 and players are conducted in English.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on nh999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual in a personal capacity and not as a representative of any business or commercial entity for commercial purposes.
• You are not prohibited from gambling under the laws of your country of residence or any applicable jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee, contractor, or agent of nh999 or any of its affiliated business partners or game providers.
• You do not already hold an active account on the nh999 platform. Only one account per player is permitted.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy, agent, or representative of any third party.
• All funds deposited into your nh999 account originate from legitimate sources and are entirely your own funds, free from any claim by a third party.

Age Verification

nh999 conducts age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request identity documentation — including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate — at the time of account registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point during the account lifecycle at our discretion.

Any account found to be registered or operated by a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All deposits made by underage players will be returned to the originating payment method, and any winnings generated from bets placed by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety.

nh999 uses technical measures and manual review processes to detect underage access attempts. We cooperate with payment processors and third-party verification services to enforce our age restriction policy consistently.

Account Registration and Security

Account Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the platform.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on nh999 at any given time. If nh999 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment details, same device, same IP address, or otherwise — nh999 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any winnings generated through them. Players who wish to re-register after account closure should contact support before doing so.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
• Never share your account login details with any other person.

• Notify nh999 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

nh999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to our support team prior to that activity occurring.

KYC Verification

nh999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in line with responsible gambling and fraud prevention best practices. We may request supporting documents to verify your identity, address, or payment method ownership at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in a temporary account hold or permanent closure at our discretion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your nh999 wallet within 1–5 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank) may take longer to process depending on the sending institution's cut-off times.
• nh999 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed daily between 06:00 and 23:59 BST (UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available window.
• Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name. nh999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• A minimum balance threshold may apply before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Current thresholds are displayed in your account wallet section.
• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be approved. Unverified accounts will have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
• nh999 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing withdrawal requests. This may cause delays in exceptional circumstances; our support team will communicate any such delays promptly.

Currency and Conversion

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nh999 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges. The amount you deposit from your bKash or Nagad account is the exact amount credited to your nh999 wallet, subject only to your payment provider's applicable fees.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

nh999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and returning players in Bangladesh, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed the KYC process and made at least one qualifying deposit.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the offer period will be forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse and Collusion

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion between players to meet wagering requirements artificially, using automated betting scripts, or placing offsetting bets to clear bonus requirements without genuine risk — will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all bonus balances, and potential forfeiture of real-money balances.

nh999 uses automated monitoring tools to detect abnormal wagering patterns associated with bonus abuse. If your account is flagged for investigation, your ability to withdraw may be placed on hold pending review. Our team will endeavour to complete such reviews within 5 business days.

Section 6

Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

• Bets on events that are postponed and not completed within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-play bets accepted after the official result is known (due to data feed delays) will be voided.
• nh999 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds caused by pricing errors.

Responsible Wagering

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on nh999, you agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Fraud and Deception: Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained funds to make deposits; providing false identity documentation; impersonating another person.

• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempting to access nh999 after having been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned; using VPNs, proxies, or other technical means to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.

nh999 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the account and any associated withdrawal requests may be placed on hold. If an investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, nh999 may take any or all of the following actions: suspension or permanent closure of the account; forfeiture of all balance (real money and bonus); reporting to relevant authorities; and legal action where warranted by the severity of the breach.

Section 8

Account Suspension and Closure

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your nh999 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, nh999 offers self-exclusion periods ranging from a minimum of 24 hours to permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by nh999

nh999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate account closure.
• Player account remaining inactive (no login or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months.

Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 or more consecutive months are classified as dormant. nh999 may apply a monthly dormant account administration fee to inactive accounts, details of which will be communicated to the registered email address on file. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nh999 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its services. nh999's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
